The tribute song and accompanying tongue-in-cheek video was shot in New York in 2000 by David and Ron Barba. It was written and directed by Carin Perry and Ron Barba. It features ‘The Rossies’ dressed in afro wigs painting in the park and sound samples from ‘The Joy of Painting’ TV series.
At time of writing the video has amassed a staggering 546,201 views on YouTube over 1,400 people have left comments about the video including:

Seminars – Level 3
After you’ve completed Levels 1 & 2, this is the final step to become an accredited Ross Instructor. You will complete advanced painting projects and practice and perfect demonstration skills with other class members. Guest speakers from Artraders and/or the Bob Ross Company will attend the seminar to discuss promotion, setting up classes, product sourcing and other valuable information.
On Friday afternoon you‘ll all enjoy closing , usually quite festive ceremonies which include receiving your final full accreditation CRI, CRFI, or CRWI certificate. You’ll now be ready to start your new life as a fully qualified Bob Ross instructor.

Seminars – Level 2
Open only to students who’ve completed Level 1, this is the next step to full CRI, CRFI, or CRWI status. You will work on advanced painting projects to further perfect your skills and receive special coaching about becoming an effective Bob Ross teacher. You will learn exciting techniques for conducting demonstrations, motivating beginners, correcting mistakes and projecting a positive image, all under the close guidance of Bob Ross International Staff.
Once again, on the Friday your progress will be acknowledged and reviewed
and your Level 2 Certificate issued.

Seminars – Level 1
Provides the foundation needed to develop your Bob Ross technique painting skills. Emphasis is placed on proper use of painting tools and on the various methods involved to complete Bob’s landscape, floral or wildlife paintings. Projects are selected from Bob Ross instructional material, teaching is by an International instructor. We’ve been told that this is one of the most exciting five days that you’ll experience, many people making lifelong friends. On the Friday there is an appraisal of each students work (very friendly!) and the Level 1 Certificates are issued.

One-week official Bob Ross Courses take place in the UK throughout the year. Tuition is intensive, it’s the path to becoming a qualified Bob Ross Instructor.
